We are repeat guests with Julius. His property is comfortable and clean. Very easy to find and to get inside. Always parking directly in front of the house. I come to Mobile for work about 2x a month. There are LOTS of Airbnb properties in Mobile. Many are in very marginal neighborhoods and you have to park a couple of blocks away, but this property provides the safety and convenience that we value.

Julius was a great host. With recommendations for local activity, we always had something to do. Additionally, he's a quick and excellent communicator that always feels accessible and kind. The loft was great value and I'd recommend it to others!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb in Mobile, it truly made me feel at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive when I had a minor issue, and they handled it quickly and with genuine care. They were so sweet and attentive, and their home was absolutely beautiful. I’d happily stay here again.

Hey this is a great stay in midtown 10 mins to great spots on Dauphin but quiet and secluded for resting. Clean and cute great for 1-2 people visiting Mobile. Internet was good for my remote work.

I had a great stay — everything I needed was provided, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating throughout my visit. They even arranged a whistling kettle upon request and promptly sorted out the air conditioning late at night. I really appreciated the flexibility and effort to offer alternative options regardless of cost differences. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-managed stay!

This wonderful, quiet neighborhood feels a world away from the hustle and bustle, yet has easy access to anything you could need within a 5 minute drive. It was like stepping into a storybook. I was immediately struck by the thoughtful, tasteful decor that perfectly captured the essence of southern hospitality. The living room was cozy and inviting, with plush seating, warm wood tones, and antique accents that made me feel right at home. I loved the large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The kitchen was an absolute delight. The gleaming stone countertops were a beautiful contrast to the crisp white cabinetry, I especially appreciated the hot water on demand and the split mini A/C unit kept the whole cottage at the perfect, cool temperature, no matter how hot it got outside. Overall, my stay at Julius and Caroline's cottage was an absolute delight from start to finish.If you're looking for a truly unique and authentic southern getaway, look no further - this is it!

What a great little place! It was spotless and had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and the location was less than a mile from the church and reception. It is close to great restaurants as well. Check in and check out were simple and easy and the hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Love and Adore this tiny home! It was perfect for my husband and I to get away. It’s situated behind the main house but still easy to find. Nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Also loved the kitchen and that the fridge has an ice maker. Julius and Caroline were responsive and kind. Such a Beautiful home. Would love to stay again.

The home was just as described. It was on a quiet dead-end road and beautiful inside. Well decorated and clean. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Mobile. We will be back!
