Nestled on a picturesque street in a sought-after Midtown neighborhood, our duplex offers a peaceful stay among beautiful historic homes and towering oak trees. Sip morning coffee (provided!) on the front porch as neighbors stroll by with pups and strollers. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a large-screen TV & Amazon Firestick, and high-speed AT&T Fiber internet—perfect for streaming or working remotely. Enjoy sunny days on the roomy back deck and unwind in the tub/shower combo at night. Both bedrooms feature comfy queen beds, dressers, and closets. A washer/dryer is included for your convenience, along with a thoughtful starter pack: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, laundry detergent, coffee pods, cream & sugar, and hotel-sized toiletries. Thanks for your understanding! 🚗 Parking Parking is shared with the neighboring guesthouse (Southern Cottage) and located behind the main house via the driveway. You’ll have space for up to 2 vehicles. If bringing more than 2 cars, or if rear parking is full, free street parking is available in front of the home—just be sure not to block mailboxes or trash bins (trash pickup is Thursday mornings). 📝 Extended Stays For stays over 30 days, a short rental agreement will be required.
