This remodeled space boasts original hardwood flooring, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, queen beds, tub/shower combo, & all the necessary kitchen amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Centrally located in the heart of Midtown Mobile, it's close to all the best Mobile has to offer like local eateries & shops. Easy access to both I-10/I-65, downtown (~2 mi), local hospitals, colleges, arts & entertainment
Good to know
Located on a beautiful street in a sought-after midtown neighborhood, you'll enjoy the beautiful historic homes and old oak trees lining the streets. Start your morning with coffee provided while you watch neighbors walk their dogs & push strollers along the street. Enjoy cooking in our kitchen with all the necessary kitchen essentials. Watch your favorite shows on the large screen TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick or do work on your computer with the fast AT&T fiber internet. Enjoy pretty weather on the spacious back deck. At the end of the day unwind with a bath in the tub/shower combo. For your sleeping comforts there are queen beds in both bedrooms that are equipped with closets and dressers for your clothing items. There is also a washer/dryer in the duplex so you can do your laundry conveniently. We always provide a small starter pack of these essential items: a couple rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, a couple trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and/or soap. PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex and we want all guests to have a comfortable and positive experience. Therefore out of respect for other occupants please be conscious of volume levels and quiet hours. Absolutely no loud music, loud TV noise, or parties allowed.
Other Details to Note
Pets: We love furry friends but unfortunately we cannot allow pets at this property Parking: The Southern Arches duplex shares parking with the guesthouse (Southern Cottage). It is private parking located behind the main house and next to the cottage & accessed via the driveway. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 cars allowed in this parking area for occupants of this side of the duplex. If traveling with more than 2 vehicles is necessary, or if parking behind the house is unavailable, additional parking on the street anywhere in front of the house is available but vehicles must not block mailboxes or trash cans on trash pickup day. Trash pickup is on Thursdays (often picked up in the am) Additional note: For Stays longer than 30 Days a short Rental Agreement will be required.
