Located on a beautiful street in a sought-after Midtown neighborhood, this home offers the charm of historic houses and mature oak trees lining the streets. Start your morning with coffee provided while watching neighbors walk their dogs and push strollers down the street. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay. Relax in the living room with a large-screen TV featuring an Amazon Firestick, or get some work done using fast AT&T fiber internet. Step outside and unwind on the spacious back deck while enjoying the weather. At the end of the day, relax with a soak in the tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, as well as closets and dressers for your belongings. A washer and dryer are also available in the duplex for your convenience. We provide a starter supply of essential items, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, cream & sugar, and hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Any additional supplies needed beyond the starter pack are the responsibility of the guest. PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex, and we ask all guests to be respectful of other occupants. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Loud music, excessive TV volume, and parties are strictly not permitted.

Pets: We love furry friends but unfortunately we cannot allow pets at this property Parking: The Southern Arches duplex shares parking with the guesthouse (Southern Cottage). It is private parking located behind the main house and next to the cottage & accessed via the driveway. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 cars allowed in this parking area for occupants of this side of the duplex. If traveling with more than 2 vehicles is necessary, or if parking behind the house is unavailable, additional parking on the street anywhere in front of the house is available but vehicles must not block mailboxes or trash cans on trash pickup day. Trash pickup is on Thursdays (often picked up in the am) Additional note: For Stays longer than 30 Days a short Rental Agreement will be required.
