Located on a beautiful street in a sought-after Midtown neighborhood, you’ll enjoy charming historic homes and oak trees lining the streets. Unwind in the living room with your favorite shows on the large-screen TV featuring an Amazon Firestick, or get work done using fast AT&T fiber internet. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with new tub surround, giving you the option of a relaxing bath or a quick shower. For sleeping arrangements, both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, along with dressers and closets for your clothing and belongings. A washer and dryer are also available in the home for your convenience. We provide a starter supply of essential items, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, cream & sugar, and hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Any additional supplies needed beyond the starter pack are the responsibility of the guest. Pets: We are a pet-friendly property but ask that you please keep your furry friends off of the furniture, and when outside please leash your pets out of respect to other pet-owners. Only housebroken pets allowed. Pet fee is $50 per pet, nonrefundable. Maximum of two pets.' Parking: Access to the house is via the front door. Therefore for easy access, parking for the duplex will be anywhere on the street in front of the house. Additional note: For stays longer than 30 days a short Rental Agreement will be required.
