Located on a beautiful street in a sought-after Midtown neighborhood, you’ll enjoy charming historic homes and oak trees lining the streets. Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig while you watch neighbors walking dogs and pushing strollers down the street. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you’ll need during your stay. Relax in the living room with your favorite shows on the large-screen TV featuring an Amazon Firestick, or get work done using fast AT&T fiber internet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, offering a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day. For sleeping arrangements, the main bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for an additional guest or children. A washer and dryer are also available in the home for your convenience. We provide a starter supply of essential items, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, cream & sugar, and hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Any additional supplies needed beyond the starter pack are the responsibility of the guest. Other Details to Note

Pets: We are a pet-friendly property but ask that you please keep your furry friends off of the furniture, and when outside please leash your pets out of respect to other pet-owners. Only housebroken pets allowed. Pet fee is $50 per pet, nonrefundable. Maximum of two pets. Parking: Southern Cottage shares parking with the main house (a duplex). It is private parking located behind the main house and next to the cottage & accessed via the driveway. There is one dedicated space for cottage parking. If bringing an additional vehicle, parking for it will be on the street anywhere in front of the house but must not block mailboxes or trash cans on trash pickup day. Trash pickup is on Thursdays (often picked up in the am) Additional note: For Stays longer than 30 Days a short Rental Agreement will be required.
