This upstairs garage apartment is privately situated behind the main house and includes dedicated off-street parking behind the main house. Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig and enjoy cooking in a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials needed to prepare a meal at home. Relax in the living area with your favorite shows on the large-screen TV featuring an Amazon Fire TV, or get work done using fast AT&T fiber internet. The remodeled bathroom features a modern walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, offering a refreshing and comfortable experience. For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom includes a queen bed, room-darkening curtains, a vanity dresser, and a closet for your belongings. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, cream & sugar, and hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Any additional supplies needed beyond the starter pack are the responsibility of the guest. Pets: We are a pet-friendly property but kindly ask that you keep pets off the furniture. When outside, please leash your pets out of respect for other pet owners. Only housebroken pets are allowed. A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies, with a maximum of two pets. Parking: Private parking is available behind the house via the side driveway. Please note that there is space for only one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will need to park on the street in front of the house. Additional Note: For stays longer than 30 days, a short rental agreement will be required.
