This upstairs garage apartment is privately situated behind the main house with dedicated off-street parking. Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig and enjoy cooking in a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare a nice meal at home. Stream your favorite shows on the large-screen TV with an Amazon Fire TV, or get work done using fast AT&T fiber internet. The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower with a luxurious rainfall showerhead. For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom includes a queen bed, room-darkening curtains, a vanity dresser, and a closet for your belongings. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. We provide a small starter pack of essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash or soap. Pets: We are a pet-friendly property but kindly ask that you keep pets off the furniture. When outside, please leash your pets out of respect for other pet owners. Only housebroken pets are allowed. A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies, with a maximum of two pets. Parking: Private parking is available behind the house via the side driveway. Please note that there is space for only one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will need to park on the street in front of the house. Additional Note: For stays longer than 30 days, a short rental agreement will be required.
