Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig while relaxing on the large front porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals at home. Inside, you can unwind with your favorite shows on the large-screen TV with Amazon Firestick, or get work done with fast AT&T fiber internet. The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, along with a spacious dresser and closet for storage. For added convenience, there is an in-home washer and dryer available for use during your stay. We provide a small starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Any additional supplies beyond this starter pack are the responsibility of the guest. Pets: We are a pet-friendly property but ask that you please keep your furry friends off of the furniture, and when outside please leash your pets out of respect to other pet-owners. Only housebroken pets allowed. Pet fee is $50 per pet, nonrefundable. Maximum of two pets. Parking: Access to the house is via the front door. Therefore for easy access, parking for the duplex will be on the street in front of the house. Additional note: For Stays longer than 30 Days a short Rental Agreement will be required.
