Located on a beautiful street in a sought-after midtown neighborhood, you'll enjoy the beautiful historic homes and old oak trees lining the streets. Start your morning with coffee from the Keurig while you sit on our large front porch. Enjoy cooking in our kitchen with all the necessary kitchen essentials to prepare a nice meal at home. Watch your favorite shows on the large screen TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick or do work on your computer with the fast AT&T fiber internet. Enjoy your shower in the remodeled bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. For your sleeping comforts there is a queen bed in the bedroom, which has a large dresser and a closet for storing your clothing items. There is also a washer/dryer in the house so you can do your laundry conveniently. We always provide a small starter pack of these essential items: a couple rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a couple trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and/or soap. Other Details to Note
Pets: We are a pet-friendly property but ask that you please keep your furry friends off of the furniture, and when outside please leash your pets out of respect to other pet-owners. Only housebroken pets allowed. Pet fee is $50 per pet, nonrefundable. Maximum of two pets. Parking: Access to the house is via the front door. Therefore for easy access, parking for the duplex will be on the street in front of the house. Additional note: For Stays longer than 30 Days a short Rental Agreement will be required.
