Enjoy a comfortable stay in this remodeled spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located in a charming neighborhood just across from the University of South Alabama. Perfect for families or groups, the home offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. Take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood or walk to campus with ease. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed layout with comfortable furnishings and all the essentials for a convenient stay. Recently remodeled in 2025, the home features a fresh, modern feel throughout. The kitchen has new butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the bathrooms have been updated with new tub surrounds, vanities, mirrors, fixtures, and flooring. New flooring extends through all shared living spaces. A standout feature is the dedicated kid’s room—separate from the other bedrooms—featuring two queen beds, a half bath, TV, bean bag chairs, books, and games. Enjoy family game night with the ping pong table, puzzles, and cards, or relax with a movie on the large-screen TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, or you can use the charcoal BBQ grill on the deck. The master bedroom includes a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Two additional guest rooms each have a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Every bedroom includes a dresser and closet for storage. An in-home washer and dryer are available for your convenience. A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods, cream and sugar, and hotel-sized toiletries. Any additional supplies needed beyond this starter pack are the responsibility of the guest. This home offers comfort, space, and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Other Details to Note

Pets: We are a pet-friendly property but ask that you please keep your furry friends off of the furniture, and when outside please pickup after your pets out of respect to other pet owners. Only housebroken pets allowed. Pet fee is $50 per pet nonrefundable. Maximum of two pets. Parking: Feel free to park in the driveway and if necessary on the street in front of the house. Additional note: For stays longer than 30 days a short Rental Agreement will be required.
