This wonderful, quiet neighborhood feels a world away from the hustle and bustle, yet has easy access to anything you could need within a 5 minute drive. It was like stepping into a storybook. I was immediately struck by the thoughtful, tasteful decor that perfectly captured the essence of southern hospitality. The living room was cozy and inviting, with plush seating, warm wood tones, and antique accents that made me feel right at home. I loved the large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The kitchen was an absolute delight. The gleaming stone countertops were a beautiful contrast to the crisp white cabinetry, I especially appreciated the hot water on demand and the split mini A/C unit kept the whole cottage at the perfect, cool temperature, no matter how hot it got outside. Overall, my stay at Julius and Caroline's cottage was an absolute delight from start to finish.If you're looking for a truly unique and authentic southern getaway, look no further - this is it!

What a great little place! It was spotless and had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and the location was less than a mile from the church and reception. It is close to great restaurants as well. Check in and check out were simple and easy and the hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Love and Adore this tiny home! It was perfect for my husband and I to get away. It’s situated behind the main house but still easy to find. Nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Also loved the kitchen and that the fridge has an ice maker. Julius and Caroline were responsive and kind. Such a Beautiful home. Would love to stay again.

The home was just as described. It was on a quiet dead-end road and beautiful inside. Well decorated and clean. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Mobile. We will be back!

We stayed at The Jaguar Retreat for our daughter’s first week at South during rush week. We live across the bay, so it was a perfect location for her to come to in between classes and to get ready for events each night. The rooms are extra spacious. It’s very close to campus, so it was perfect.

Can not speak highly enough about Julius & his home. Well equipped and as described in the listing. We had a slight mechanical issue, and Julius had workers there within a few hours, even on a holiday weekend. Excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend & we plan to stay again. Thank you!

PEACEFUL!!! This place was so cozy and when I say one of the best locations down town hands down!! We never really needed anything and when we did ask for items they were at our doorstep! I will definitely book again!

Located in older neighborhood that has a lot of restoration, plenty of parking, house was just what you see. Comfortable beds. Wonderful place for me to stay. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Julius and Caroline were amazing help during our stay. They always answered our questions quickly. The home was well cared for and exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
